Cooking Class Registration

In you would like to book a class, please call us at 613.269.3752 or email us at info@mustard.ca. Payment is required at time of registration and we accept cash, debit, Visa, and Mastercard. Prices published do not include tax.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, classes are non-refundable. But if you can’t make it, you can send a friend in your place or use the equivalent store credit for a future cooking class or store merchandise, as long as we are given one week’s notice. Please note that if cancellation is made within one week of the class, no credit will be given.

Welcome back to the kitchen classroom! We’ve got a new lineup of cooking classes for Fall 2022. All of the classes listed below run from 12-3 pm, are hands-on, $80+HST per person.

October 1st: Fall Harvest with Chef Kent van Dyk

Menu:
-Corn Veloute + Corn/Zucchini/Chive Salad
-Grilled Peaches + Fiore Di Latte + Arugula + Proscuitto
-Pan-Roasted Pacific Cod + Heirloom Tomato Panzanella
-Plum + Hazelnut Torte

October 2nd: Thai with Chef Judy Dempsey

-Tom Kha Gai
-Eggplant stir fry with pork belly
-fried rice with pineapple
-green curry with beef
-Hungry Planet Pad Thai

October 29th: Italian with Janet Campbell

October 30th: Indian Vegetarian with Chef Judy Dempsey

-coconut rice
-spicy potato paratha
-cauliflower, tomato and green pea curry
-spicy chickpea masala
-palak paneer
-mango chutney
-radish and onion pickle
– beet raita
