It is available in coarse grain, with a lower moisture content, suitable for use in salt mills, and as a finer ''moist'' sea salt, to be added by the pinch as a finishing salt.” “Our Four Peppercorn Blend features fresh black, green and white peppercorns from Vietnam, along with rare pink peppercorns from France.”
