She, along with her partners in Italy, are hosting a week long trip to picturesque Amelia, Umbria. The next trips are:

2012 Culinary Excursions to Umbria Brochure (pricing does not include flight).
Guests will be staying, creating and eating in the exquisite Palazzo Venturelli in the heart of historic Amelia.
Janet is thrilled to be sharing her passions with her visitors as she cooks with fresh Umbrian ingredients; teaches basic Italian so you may shop at the local market; explores the ancient magical sights with you; brings you on excursions to visit local cheesemakers, olive oil producers and spends time simply relaxing at the dinner table, along with Italian colleagues.. - OLIVE DAY: under the olive trees for harvesting

- Thermal pool in Viterbo
- Quick lunch at the “Terme”

- Wine tasting in our Osteria: an introduction to a local vineyard – white – rosé – and red wineCooking class

- SECOND OLIVE DAY: Olive harvesting in Amelia

The cost is $3500* per person, single and $3000* per person, double occupancy.
*Price includes: Breakfast; Lunch and dinner at the palace (beverages not incl.); two oil tastings; Wine tasting at the palace ; Cooking class which includes “Cooking kit”; Transfer from airport to Amelia (1 pick up); Transfer from Amelia to Orte train station; two cars to drive around Umbria. Price does not include: Bevarages; Lunch in Norcia, Orvieto and at the Terme (as the group could also decide to split); Museum tickets and guided tours (available on request)
NOTES: Michela shall be with you and drive you all around during your stay at Palazzo Venturelli. Annamaria shall be your cooking “teacher”.
