Restauranteur and Sommelier GianFranco Franci is from Siena, Tuscany. He owns La Compagnia dei Vinattieri Restaurant. While visiting Janet in Merrickville, he will share fabulous regional Tuscany recipes in a cooking class. Courses will be paired with Tuscan Wines.
