Slow-Cooked Salmon with a Wasabi Lime Crust

4  7 oz.  salmon fillets with skin
¼  cup      Mrs. McGarrigle’s Wasabi Lime Mustard
¼  cup  fine bread crumbs
¼  cup butter (room temperature)

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.  Mix together the mustard, bread crumbs and butter.  Arrange fillets on an oiled or parchment covered baking sheet, skin side down.  Cover each fillet with the mustard paste.  Put in the middle rack of the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes.  Serve with wild rice or baked potatoes.

Serves 4.
