Mustard Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 tbsp. McGarrigle's Hot Whiskey or Chipotle Lime Mustard
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place potatoes on a lightly greased 13'' x 9'' baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and golden.
Serves 4.
