    About the Chef:

“I am of East-Indian origin and moved to Canada 21 years ago in 1997.  Ever since I can remember, I have enjoyed cooking.  I am a very informal and intuitive cook.  My main aim is to demystify and simplify Indian cooking.  Not only am I someone who can cook up an authentic Indian meal with easily available store-bought common ingredients, but more importantly, each ingredient, each colour, each texture, each aroma and each dish comes garnished with a wealth of personal stories and funny anecdotes.  My enthusiasm for food is very contagious, and my pride in my ability is plain to see.  Cooking is something I am very passionate about.” -Chef Rhadika Ranjan
